I've tried editing my check-in for Watson and Brown four times now and each time it reverts to the original. Please could you replace 'Fresh sandwiches' with:
'Splendid sandwiches made while you wait using own cooked ham, pork etc. Hot roast meat sandwiches at lunchtime. Also great porkpies!'
I also wanted to remove the word 'Butchers' from the title. It is a very good butchers but my entry only refers to the delicatessen side so I thought it was a bit confusing . . .
Can you think of anything I might be doing wrong to make it reject my amendments?- I made sure I was signed in.

Thanks for putting the title and description to The Beer Parlour on for me. I'd like to add some more details and maybe a sound file but I'll wait until I hear back from you before I try editing again! If you don't mind you could add the hashtag 'thirsty' is it? I'm not sure how to do that anyway.

Also, I thought I'd uploaded a photo for Butlers Family Bakers but it seems to have disappeared - any ideas?

Thanks again for such a great site!
Cheers

very frustrating.
Also if and when I get in - how do I find entries close to me? I'm in Derbyshire so I'm pretty sure there won't be many yet but the ones I've looked at even make it hard to find where they are.
I was so excited by this app but getting very frustrated now, please help.]]>

How far is away is local? http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/15/how-far-is-away-is-local Thu, 21 Oct 2010 20:57:01 -0400 icyberpaul 15@/support/discussions It would be nice to know what the radius is, and to be able to change it
It may also be nice to be able to centre around somewhere else that you may be planning to visit.

I'm looking forward to registering a couple of place when I go to them at the weekend. ]]>

Suggestions for the App http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/18/suggestions-for-the-app- Fri, 22 Oct 2010 04:33:02 -0400 tookiebunten 18@/support/discussions @lovefreshHQ. To which I was quite rightly pointed in the direction of here. So these are my intial thoughts in no particular order.

1. Being able to access and post to the forum through the app and possibly push notifications if some one replies or adds to a discusion.

2. Being able to swipe between the screens discover => check-in => account. Just because I think it would be cool and more intuative, IMHO.

3. To be able to post a photo from the photo library. I understand that you want the photo to be 'live' but I'm a bit of a perfection or I think I am plus it means I would be able to use hipstamatic or some other app to take the photo.]]>
Check-In "inaccurate GPS data" http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/35/check-in-inaccurate-gps-data Wed, 23 Feb 2011 18:58:00 -0500 cwildman 35@/support/discussions Loss of service on three uk http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/32/loss-of-service-on-three-uk Sun, 20 Feb 2011 07:22:25 -0500 125f8 32@/support/discussions
Since yesterday I have not been able to post or view posts when using mobile network, it works on wifi and all other apps on mobile network work.

Between 1420-1445 I posted an amazing location which was lost and it seams to be from then onwards. I have just done another at 1214 roughly named test on three uk, this has not appeared either.

I have a couple of ideas,
1. Conflicting from official and beta?
2. Possibility of trying to post from 2g/wap signal

But I am currently in full signal 3G so slightly confused?????]]>

It would be great to tie the audio to the checkin in the future.

Btw i am loving the app and I hope to post somewhere new next weekend. ]]>
HTML5 app suggestions http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/33/html5-app-suggestions Sun, 20 Feb 2011 07:39:49 -0500 Sleeper 33@/support/discussions
Just posting some suggestion for the HTML5 app. Im using it on a Android HTC desire. Unsure of your future feature path and I haven't seen the iPhone app in action so can't really compare. I haven't actually checked in yet anywhere as being an ex chef I have quite high standards and get the idea of fresh local food, its just a bit hard in my part of London. But this app will prompt me to go out and find some stuff worth while.

Firstly it works well on my phone, loading times are great, runs very smoothly and gets my location down correctly and the maps are easy to use except that i can't zoom out. Not such a big problem as the default scale is fine.

Suggestions - Hopeluuly not covered elsewhere here
1) Need a password reminder / reset system. I joined on my phone and cant for the life of me remember it so cant login at home on the same account.
2)On the discover page need a local to me option so you can see the checkin location relevant to me, say 20 mile radius. Im guessing this is probably in the pipeline
3)Google maps integration. I realise this might be hard because of the various platorms invloved in the web app but I use my phone as a GPS device and it would be nice to send routes to checkins to google maps so I could travel easily if I liked what I saw.

Ill try and post some more stuff when I actually use it properly but like it so far.

Really good to see this hit fruition from when I first heard about it. Great stuff guys, well done.]]>
Multiple photos http://lovefre.sh/support/discussion/30/multiple-photos Wed, 16 Feb 2011 16:02:28 -0500 125f8 30@/support/discussions
I am adding my ideas in new suggestions each time so they can be dealt with individually

Multiple photos, only 3-4 I think would be necessary to swipe across so then not only can we take a photo of the venue, but a few of inside ]]>
